Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
Welcome to Drooming. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drooming website and learning app at drooming.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who may use Drooming
The Service is designed for children to practise maths and words under the supervision of a guardian, teacher, or learning center. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for how any child uses the Service through your account and hero profiles.
2. Accounts and hero profiles
You must provide accurate information when you register. Each account may include one or more hero profiles for learners. We recommend using first names or nicknames only for hero profiles — do not enter full legal names or other sensitive identifying information unless you choose to.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@drooming.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Plans and billing
Drooming offers a free plan, a paid Learning Hero plan for families, and Academy / Center plans for tutors and learning groups. Feature limits depend on your plan. When paid billing is enabled, subscriptions are processed through our payment partners (such as Stripe via RevenueCat). Prices, renewal dates, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel a subscription according to the instructions in the app or your purchase confirmation email.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload harmful code, spam, or content that is abusive, harassing, or inappropriate for children
- Circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or room-access controls
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content and intellectual property
Drooming, including its games, graphics, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for learning purposes in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of information you submit (such as hero names and progress), but you grant us a licence to store and process it to operate the Service.
6. Rooms and assignments
Teachers and centers with eligible plans may create rooms and share join codes with learners. You are responsible for sharing codes only with intended participants and for the assignments you publish. Learners join voluntarily using a code provided to them.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided for educational practice and entertainment. It is not a substitute for formal schooling, professional tutoring advice, or certified assessment. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drooming and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €50 if you use the free plan.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have mandatory rights under your local law.
